1. Card Authorisation​​

To secure your booking, we require a valid payment card at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged when your appointment is confirmed. It is securely held only to cover cancellation or no-show charges where our cancellation policy applies.

​2. Cancelling Your Appointment​​

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time

3. Cancellations Within 48 Hours

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total treatment cost.

The applicable fee will be charged to the payment card provided when the booking was made.

4. No Shows

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, this is considered a No Show.

As your appointment has been reserved exclusively for you and cannot usually be reallocated at short notice, 100% of the treatment fee will be charged to the payment card provided at the time of booking.

5. Arriving Late

If you believe you are going to be late, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will always do our best to accommodate you where possible still.

6. Emergency Cancellation Policy

While every effort is made to honour all confirmed appointments, there may be rare occasions where an appointment has to be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as illness, family emergencies, or other exceptional events.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule your treatment at the earliest available opportunity or, where applicable, provide a full refund of any pre-paid treatment fees.

Please note that we cannot accept liability for any indirect or consequential losses arising from a cancelled appointment, including but not limited to travel costs, taxi fares, parking charges, accommodation expenses, loss of earnings, or any other incidental expenses incurred.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding should exceptional circumstances arise.
