MACHO TOUCH CANCELLATION POLICY

Respect Your Time. Respecting Ours.

At Macho Touch, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. When you book with us, we dedicate time specifically for your treatment, meaning that last-minute cancellations or missed appointments often cannot be filled.

To help us provide the best possible service to all clients, we kindly ask that you read and respect the following cancellation policy.

1. Card Authorisation​​

To secure your booking, we require a valid payment card at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged when your appointment is confirmed. It is securely held only to cover cancellation or no-show charges where our cancellation policy applies.

​2. Cancelling Your Appointment​​

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time

3. Cancellations Within 48 Hours

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total treatment cost.

The applicable fee will be charged to the payment card provided when the booking was made.

 

4. No Shows

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, this is considered a No Show.

As your appointment has been reserved exclusively for you and cannot usually be reallocated at short notice, 100% of the treatment fee will be charged to the payment card provided at the time of booking.

5. Arriving Late

If you believe you are going to be late, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will always do our best to accommodate you where possible still.

Our therapists reserve dedicated time exclusively for each client.

Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent other clients from booking available appointments and result in lost treatment time.
