Booking an appointment is quick and easy. Simply visit our Book Online page, choose your preferred treatment, location, therapist and appointment time, then complete your booking. You'll receive an instant confirmation by email.

No. We operate a book now, pay on the day policy, so no deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Although we don't require a deposit, we ask for your card details to secure your appointment. This helps reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows, allowing us to offer appointments fairly to all clients. Your card is not charged at the time of booking and will only be used in line with our cancellation policy.

Payment is made on the day of your appointment. We accept both cash and major debit and credit cards for your convenience.

Yes. If you need to change or cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice wherever possible so we can offer the appointment to another client.

Yes. Once your appointment has been booked, you'll receive an email confirming your booking details, including your appointment time, selected treatment and studio location.

Yes. When booking online, you can select your preferred therapist, subject to availability. If your chosen therapist isn't available, alternative options will be displayed.

Yes. Gift bookings are welcome. Simply provide the recipient's details when making the booking or contact us if you need any assistance arranging the appointment.

Online bookings are available for appointments 24 hours or more in advance. If you're looking for an appointment sooner, please contact us directly and we'll let you know if we have any last-minute availability.
